1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

• The product is damaged or defective

• You received the wrong item

• The product is unused and in original packaging

Return window: 7 days from delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Used items

• Personal care or hygiene products

• Items with missing packaging or accessories

3. Refund Process

Once the returned item is inspected and approved:

• Refund will be processed to your original payment method

• Refund time: 5–12 business days

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for:

• Wrong size

• Wrong item delivered

• Manufacturing defects

5. Return Shipping Cost

• If the error is on MERIVO’s side → Free return pickup

• If the customer changes mind → return shipping charges apply
